Q Do you have Standard Operating Procedures for Non Conforming Yarns?

Testing reports from authoritative laboratory like SGS, INTERTEK. We never send the defective products to our customers. Our factory has its own quality standard system for yarns, which are generally divided into level AAA, AA, A, and B.
As for the level B products that do not meet the standard, we will leave it as a defective product for sale.
Q Should a quality issue arrive, how soon could you be on site to help with the issue?

We have never received any quality complaint so far. Only the yarn is not suitable for the production of certain products, which depends on the specific situation, and generally the quality and suitability will be confirmed in the sample stage.
If there is any quality issue, you can send the yarns back to China. Corresponding compensation will be made if it is our responsibility.
